Volunteer Service Day at Phantom Lake, August 14 Local service group Jubilee Reach will again bring a team of volunteers to Phantom Lake to help set up classrooms, unpack, move, and generally make things look sharp for back-to-school. You can sign up to be part of this transformational team by visiting www.jubileeservice.org Our shift is in the morning, from 8-12. Childcare may be available--check the website for details. There are shifts available in the afternoon at other schools, special projects such as power-washing and window-cleaning, and a special sewing team making chair pockets for classrooms.

First Day Hooray!

Formerly known as "Tea and Tissues," this year's back-to-school coffee has been renamed. ALL parents, new and returning, are welcome to join us for coffee, treats, and a warm PTA welcome back to school. We extend a special invitation to parents of Kindergarteners and new students--we hope to see you there!
We'll meet upstairs in the library, right after the bell.
Please keep collecting your box tops, shopping at PACE and eScrip merchants, and bringing in those donations for Cartridges for Kids! These small steps add up!
