PTA General Membership Meetings
All meetings are held at 7 pm in the Library.

We meet just 5 times a year, on the first Thursday of alternating months. General Membership meetings are the only time the voting body can make important decisions regarding the budget, activities, and standing rules. Your participation helps us make wise and thoughtful decisions, and allows you to stay in touch with your child's school. You do not need to be a member to attend meetings.
We've made it as easy as possible for busy parents to attend meetings. Domino's in Crossroads provides us with pizza, and we provide childcare. Dinner and childcare at no charge. Now isn't that easy? Meetings begin at 7:00, and we do our best to have you home by 8:30.

If you are interested but unable to attend, contact a Board Member or Committee Chairperson to let us know your interests and concerns.
Board Meetings are generally held one week prior to general meetings. If you have a request for the board meeting agenda, please talk to a board member or e-mail your request at least 2 weeks before the general meeting.
