Parent Involvement/Volunteer Opportunities
Every PTA depends on parents and other volunteers to make good things happen.  
 
Becoming a member does not obligate you to volunteer.  However, we very much appreciate any time you can give.  Whether you decide to head a committee, set up for an event, sort box tops, or any other job, we are happy to have you join in!

Back-to-school luncheon for teachers
 
We welcome our teachers back for the school year with a "catered by Moms" luncheon the week before school starts. This year's luncheon will be Thursday, Aug. 26.

Box Tops Chair Needed
This person will round up the box tops and soup labels collected by our students, and send them in a few times a year.  This simple job can be done at home, and is an important ongoing source of funds for our PTA.
 
Our fifth graders are able to help with the trimming and sorting of labels.  We need an adult to manage submission deadlines, maybe hold a contest once a year, and fill out the small amount of paperwork required by the Box Tops and Soup Labels programs.
